Tickets, season tickets, rates & reductions

 

You can order tickets in the following ways:

Online

Ticket sales take place online via the order buttons on the concert pages. You can find an online booking guide here. You can pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), Bancontact, via the KBC or Belfius payment button.

By appointment

Our ticket counter is only open one hour before the start of a concert for questions concerning that concert. If you want to be helped at another moment, please make an appointment via tickets@amuz.be or via +32 3 202 46 69 (weekdays). You may find the answer to your question here.

E-mail

Via tickets@amuz.be. You will receive a reply within 48 hours.

Ticket refund

Tickets can be exchanged up to 7 days before the concert for which they were purchased. This is only possible within the current concert season. A € 2 transaction fee will be charged per exchanged ticket. Tickets will not be refunded, this also applies to unused tickets. No voucher will be given in exchange. If you exchange tickets purchased as part of a subscription, you will not benefit from the subscription discount again. The normal price will be charged for the new tickets. You can exchange your tickets online via your customer portal. Or you can contact us via tickets@amuz.be.

Sold out and standby

If a concert is sold out, you can apply online for the waiting list. If seats become available, we will contact you. The waiting list does not guarantee attendance at the concert.

Lost tickets

If you have lost your tickets, duplicates may be obtained from the AMUZ ticket office from one hour before the start of the concert. The person who purchased the tickets must be able to identify themselves before receiving the duplicates.

Activate your account

  1. Start here and click on ‘Forgot password?’ (because your old password will not work in the new system). Enter your e-mail address and click on ‘Send password’. If your e-mail address is recognised in our system, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for creating a new password. If your e-mail address is not recognised in our system, return to the previous page and click on ‘Create profile’. Enter your e-mail address and click on ‘Register’.
  2. You will be automatically directed to your customer portal or navigate there by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen.
  3. You will see three tabs in your customer portal: Orders – Gift cards – User information.
  • Under Orders, you can consult your tickets for upcoming and past concerts. If you click on an order, you will find the transaction reference number. You can also view your seat, download your tickets (again), forward them, and exchange tickets (later).
  • Under Gift cards, you will find a list of your gift cards and vouchers with the corresponding number and pin code. If you click on one of your gift cards, you can also download it. The expiry date is shown on the downloaded card. Vouchers remain valid indefinitely.
  • Under User information you can check your personal details and change them if necessary.
