Buying tickets

How can I book tickets?

Ticket sales are conducted exclusively online. You can buy tickets via the order button on each concert page. This order button only becomes visible when the sale starts. A guide to ordering your tickets can be found here.

Can I buy a season ticket?

Tickets are sold exclusively online. You can purchase tickets using the ‘Buy tickets’ button on every concert page. This button will only be visible when sales begin. You will find a guide to ordering your tickets here.

We have come up with some exciting season tickets for the 21|22 season. Whether you like your concerts grand, intimate, virtuoso or meditative… we hope to surprise and tempt you with the most beautiful music for an attractive price: you will receive a discount of 20%. All season tickets are strictly personal. If you exchange tickets bought with a season ticket, the season ticket discount no longer applies. The new tickets you buy will be charged at the standard price.

Can I choose my seat?

There are no distance rules anymore. You can choose your own seats. The ticketing system automatically suggests places, but you can always change them to freely chosen places.

How do I pay for my tickets?

You can only pay online at the time of placing your order. You can pay by credit card (Mastercard or VISA), Bancontact or using the KBC or Belfius payment button.

If you want to pay with a gift card or voucher, you will be asked to enter the number and pin code of your card or voucher. You will find this information in your customer portal.
If you wish, you can use the amount on your gift card(s) to pay for more than one purchase. Gift cards are not named, so you can also give yours to another concertgoer.

Can I cash in points on my A-kaart when booking my tickets?

Please e-mail your reservation, your A-kaart number and date of birth to tickets@amuz.be.

Can I still buy a ticket at AMUZ immediately before the concert?

You can only buy tickets at AMUZ immediately before the concert if there are any still available then.

What if a concert that I have bought tickets for is cancelled?

If a concert unfortunately has to be cancelled, you can opt for a voucher or a refund of your ticket(s).

Can I go to the ticket office if I have questions about my ticket?

The ticket office is open one hour before the start of each concert. If possible, please ask questions about your ticket in advance via e-mail (tickets@amuz.be) or telephone (+32 3 202 46 69 – on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays).
