Fluctus Ensemble
En vous aimant
Fluctus Ensemble dives into French chamber repertoire from the period around 1700. Love and all the moods it evokes are the key to the airs de cour by composers such as Michel Lambert, André Campra and Michel de Montéclair. By opting for a theorbo rather than a harpsichord to provide harmonic support for the melodies, the ensemble aims to put even greater emphasis on the intimacy of these works.
