Ticket sales take place online via the order buttons on the concert pages. You can find an online booking guide here. You can pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard), Bancontact, via the KBC or Belfius payment button.
Our ticket counter is only open one hour before the start of a concert for questions concerning that concert. If you want to be helped at another moment, please make an appointment via firstname.lastname@example.org or via +32 3 202 46 69 (weekdays). You may find the answer to your question here.

Tickets can be exchanged up to 7 days before the concert for which they were purchased. This is only possible within the current concert season. A € 2 transaction fee will be charged per exchanged ticket. Tickets will not be refunded, this also applies to unused tickets. No voucher will be given in exchange. If you exchange tickets purchased as part of a subscription, you will not benefit from the subscription discount again. The normal price will be charged for the new tickets. You can exchange your tickets online via your customer portal. Or you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a concert is sold out, you can apply online for the waiting list. If seats become available, we will contact you. The waiting list does not guarantee attendance at the concert.
If you have lost your tickets, duplicates may be obtained from the AMUZ ticket office from one hour before the start of the concert. The person who purchased the tickets must be able to identify themselves before receiving the duplicates.

The standard and discount ticket prices, excluding booking or postage fees, are listed on each concert page. You will find an overview of all the ticket prices and the subscription prices on the order form at the back of the brochure. Prices in the brochure and on the order form may be subject to change due to (printing) errors. AMUZ makes every effort to correct any errors as soon as possible. The prices stated on the website take precedence over those in the printed brochure.
AMUZ always uses numbered seats, unless stated otherwise. There are usually two categories for numbered seats. Seats in the second category have limited visibility. Both of these categories have discount rates for -26/65+, holders of a teacher’s card, Davidsfonds culture card, membership Open Monumenten, and groups of 10 or more persons. Visitors eligible for a reduction must show their reduction card at the entrance to the concert hall. Young people under the age of 19 only pay € 5.

We have come up with some exciting season tickets for the 21|22 season. Whether you like your concerts grand, intimate, virtuoso or meditative… we hope to surprise and tempt you with the most beautiful music for an attractive price: you will receive a discount of at least 20%. All season tickets are strictly personal. If you exchange tickets bought with a season ticket, the season ticket discount no longer applies. The new tickets you buy will be charged at the standard price.
The AMUZ-intro youth season ticket allows young people aged 26 and under get a taste of the AMUZ concerts. The ticket costs € 25 and allows you to attend five concerts of your choice. AMUZ-intro is strictly personal and can only be used for 1 season.
The “A-kaart” is the discount and benefit card of the City of Antwerp. Every time you attend an event in AMUZ you can top up your card with one point. Ten points entitle you to a discount of €2 on your ticket to an AMUZ concert. Temporary promotions are announced in the A-kaart newsletter. The card is free and can be obtained at several places. AMUZ is an open house and wants to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy and participate in culture, regardless of their cultural or social background. That is why AMUZ offers a special discount to A-card holders. This discount is only valid when purchasing tickets within the AMUZ programming.
Tickets for AMUZ concerts cost €4. The number of seats is limited. If you are entitled to the chance price, please contact us via email@example.com. We will then ensure that you can select this rate online.
Children of people with a chance tariff pay € 16 for a series of four sessions of Klankenbad.

You can also benefit from the VT rate without an A-card if you can submit another document mentioning your VT status.
Secondary school pupils aged 15 and over who go to school in the Antwerp district, Berchem, Borgerhout, Deurne, Merksem, Hoboken, can go to performances in the Antwerp cultural centres at a reduced price thanks to the culture vouchers for pupils. For only € 5, you can buy a booklet with three culture vouchers from your school secretary, which you can exchange in all Antwerp culture houses. The vouchers are for sale in the participating secondary schools in the districts of Antwerp, Berchem, Borgerhout, Deurne, Merksem and Hoboken.
